about

1 - Go to wikipedia and hit random. The first random wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.
2 - Go to quotationspage.com and hit random. The last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album.
3 - Go to flickr and click on “explore the last seven days”. Third picture no matter what ...it is, will be your album cover.
4 - Use picnik.com or photoshop to put it all together.
6 - Go back to to wikipedia and hit random 10 times. These 10 articles are the names of your songs on the album.
7 - Write 10 songs very loosely based on each of the 10 wikipedia articles.
8 - Buy some studio time or build your own home studio and record your 10 new songs.
9 - Throw away 3 of the songs. They are probably bad.
10 - Create a bandcamp page for your new 7-song album and set the purchase price to $1,000.
11 - Post it with this text in the "caption" and TAG the friends on Facebook you want to join in...

Track Name: El Valle
No lyrics, just awesome
Track Name: Cimeter
Got to lose him now.
Got to lose him somehow.
Gotta lose him while we can.

It's a race, his embrace, oh no.

(solo)

It's only 'a' large, curved cooking knife.
Quit following me around.
With this large and curved "cooking" knife.
I'm being killed by Alton Brown.
Track Name: Worf
Worf!
Worf!
Worf!

Dorn!

Hey Michael Dorn.
He's a man for every role.
He was also in CHiPs and 227 apparently.
And played the role of 'Officer' in
Charles in Charge.
He also played Warf in an episode of Webster.

Worf!
Worf!
Worf!
Dorn!
Track Name: Tayshet
Dead man under every -
Dead man under every sleeper.
Man under every -
Dead man under every sleeper.

Yeah.
No.
Yeah.
No.
Tayshet
Track Name: Oxonian
No words, just awesomeness.
Track Name: Thiele/Small
Analyze the waves.
This is sound design.
What is your approach to making noise?

Is this loud enough?
Will the girls think I am tough?
Do they know it's off-the-shelf pop components?

What will make this good or bad?
Throw away your best ideas.
Re-write.
Track Name: Codonanthe
gallon theatre rock x4
plants section
video game death music
theatre rock explosion x4
epic solo x4
old game shows, out of touch x4
i will have door number 3
door number 3 part 2 extended version
game, set, match x4
see all of you later (goodbye forever fuckers)

everyday there's another gallon of days
days to weeks until we sieze our meters
and meters will fall like the autumn of dawn
we'll wait and weigh these masses to masses

I bet the plants are alright
bell-shaped, delicate, and pale-pink to white
I bet the kids are alright
But we'll never know since we're all gonna die

We just watch old game shows.
We're a little out of touch, I agree.
We just watch old game shows.
We're a little out of touch, I agree.
Kill Ray Combs' feuding family.
Richard Dawson, the best of hosts.
We just watch old game shows.

Game, set match.
Taking this to task.
Do you even have to ask?
Where's the cash?

Hold that thought, baby's doing it right she's
Taking inventory like a hot machine
She waits for allegory,
Asking what does it mean.

We'll see all of you later.
All of you later.
All of you later.
We'll see all of you later.
All of you later.
All of you later.

We'll see all of the old ones
and all of the new ones.
We'll see that they all meet.
